Event: 8th Food Proteins Course: Theory and practice for 10 plant and animal proteins

The 8th Food Proteins Course takes place this year. The course, which focuses on 'Food proteins: properties, functionalities and applications' is designed to give participants a theoretical and practical overview of vegetable and animal proteins currently available for food applications and to provide information about their properties and functions. 

The course, the only one of its kind in Europe, takes place from November 26-28, 2013 at the Hotel Casa 400 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

With a combination of theory based lectures by industry professionals, the 8th Food Proteins Course is a unique, hands-on experience.
