The programme for the Bridge2Food 6th Protien Summit, September 24-25, 2013, has been released.
The summit will look at:
- Future of supply & demand: The global agenda
- Health: Exploring new health domains
- Technology New enabling technology & process contributions
The Protein Summit 2013 is the merger of three Bridge2Food platforms, which have been successfully organised since 2008: The Protein Summit, Protein Technology innovations, and Food Protein innovations. The Protein Summit is the annual platform for the global protein industry.
The opening plenary will be chaired by Prof Dr Rob Hamer, VP Discovery, Unilever, the Netherlands before splitting into three tracks:

Health: Exploring new health domains
Technology: New Technology & process contributions
Grain
and Feed Milling Technology's Roger Gilbert will chair the technology
sessions on both days. Topics include keeping and adding value; managing
future supply and use; protein supply challenges in growing the animal feed business in Europe.
