Research canola meal effects on growth and performance in pigs

Canadian researchers investigated the effects of feeding solvent-extracted canola meal in weaned pigs, the area looked at in the study was growth performance and diet nutrient digestibility. Five pelleted wheat based diets containing 0,50, 100, 150 or 200g canola meal/kg were formulated. The canola meal was a substitute for soybean meal. Read more ...
