New Amazon-based grain terminal to begin shipments in July
Brazilian logistics company, Hidrovias do Brasil announced that its US$384 million grain terminal on the Tapajos River in the Amazon will begin handling crops for export beginning in July. 

ChemChina offers bid of US$43 billion for Syngenta
Syngenta’s board has endorsed the US$43 billion ChemChina bid which translates to an offer of US$465 per share in cash.
 
New enzymes could significantly increase wheat yields
