Hiroshima prefecture organises business matching project between a company in Hiroshima and a company in Can Tho city from 2014 as part of regional industry tie-up project by JETRO (Japan External Trade Organisation). In October 2015, Mr Dao Anh Dung, the vice chairman of Can Tho city people's committee and his party came to Hiroshima prefecture and visited Satake, who has a presence in Vietnam. The delegation greatly appreciated Satake's technology, and subsequently, on their return, began recommending Satake products to rice millers in their city.
