the inclusion of phytases has become almost ubiquitous in monogastric
feeding, both to release phosphorus and to reduce the anti-nutritive
effect of phytate itself (superdosing), the use of enzymes to tackle
issues associated with non-starch polysaccharides (NSP, i.e. fibre)
remains the subject of much discussion.
